New Cell Phone and Goodwill dropoff!

New Cell Phone:
I have had the same cell phone for about 3 years, and my beautiful children have dropped it, thrown in, and even once is was dropped in the toilet! :o

Anyway, that phone is retired now, and my new one is great. I can even call my dad and a friend for free, anytime on that phone because they have the same phone. Pretty nice.
I have free nights and weekends, which I didn't have before. The kids and I had alot of fun calling people this weekend (isn't that corney!) who we don't get to talk to that much!
Hey, even you can call me on it...867-5309!

Goodwill Dropoff:

The house is getting so cluttered. I just did a Goodwill drop off last month, but I swear the house has MORE. Probably from Christmas holidays where the kids were showered with gifts.
I am devoted to clearing out the toy room from some of the last to leave baby things. If I adopt another child, then I can always buy this stuff again. And really, it hurts to see all those things not going to use with my own child, so off it will go.

I haven't taken the cradle down since Lakshmi was a tiny baby, and it is filled with above mentioned things. If I take that down, store it in the attic and buy a cabinet, I would have a place to store all my massage things, which have taken over the house!

The playroom has been an eye sore for 2 years. I started hauling all the old clothes down from the attic of Ravi, then Lakshmi and Priya's that I had been saving for who knows what. When those were gone to Goodwill, I had space again for more of the junk from the attic. I have been doing this steadly for 2 years, and the attic is starting to breathe again. However, the playroom suffered a blow. Moving the computer into the play room so I could check emails and be with the kids, made the room even more crowded. I used to not understand it when a friend whose child was 4, would allow the play room to get so messy, but it is happening with me.
It isn't just a matter of putting away the kids toys...they do that. It is the fact that there is SO MUCH in this room.

If anyone has any suggestions on keeping the play room under control, I am accepting suggestions!

And while you are at it, what about kitchen and laundry area? And what about the amount of clothing we should generally have? I feel like we may have too much clothing, as we have both Western clothing and Indian clothing.
How simple should we get it? In my kitchen, I have just the blender, microwave and waffle maker on the cabinet top. Then a basket with the kids snacks, the cooking utensils in a large pottery container, a banana holder, bread box and a rice cooker. When I write it down it looks like alot, but these are the things I use almost daily.
I feel like I need one of those professional organizers in my life, to straighten everything out, and toss the junk I don't really need. HELP!
