This is so fun to finally get some photos of the inside of the house. I know what it looks like in my head, but having photos to remind myself each day, makes me very happy.
These are blurry photos, because they are enlarged so we can see them.
I looked at curtains today, and even the cheapest Walmart curtains are $10.00 per panel. The ceilings are high, and the windows are tall, making these hard windows to cover.
I have some curtains I sewed in 2000, made just to keep the light out of the house. I don't think they will look good here, but I will use them "just in case". I can't afford to cover every window in the house!
Perhaps in a year or two, I will put wood blinds in the windows, ones like the dining room where I want the light in, but peering neighbors eyes out.
