My most favorite photo while breastfeeding Lakshmi. Ravi looking on with facination. See her eyes? They are looking right at me. That is what attachment is all about. Those were my happy days. Posted by Hello

A new forum for Natural Mothering

I love posting to forums. You can post, then go back and add more thought to your first post, and also see yours and everyone elses thoughts, not just today, but as long as the post is there.

At first I wanted to bring back the Mango Mama Natural Parenting site, without Mango Mama herself, then I dedided that I can't reinvent something!

So I have named my ezboard "Natural Mothering". It is accepting for those who practice attachment parenting, but may not have done the full list. : ) Some may have given birth and breastfed, some may have done family bed but nothing else, while others (like me!) have adopted and breastfed.

So please come and explore the new forum, and get to know some of my friends.

job search

The last several days I have been job searching. For someone who has been at home with my kids for the last 8 1/2 years, re-entering the job force hasn't been that easy. If only I had my massage license, I would begin working as a massage therapist. But I don't have it yet (still waiting!) so I have to take a job out of the non-massage therapist area. : )

So far I have applied for 10 jobs, and just waiting to hear. I have to have my kid in child care anyway, so I am considering a job as a nanny. I worked as a nanny years ago (before we adopted Ravi) and really loved it. How ever, what I would really love is to be the nanny for MY kids...or actually a stay at home mom. I can't imagine caring for someone elses children while I have to put my kids in their camp, but I suppose that during the summer, they would be there anyway. And all three will be in school in the fall. So looks like no matter what, I have time to work, and need to work.

Wish me luck!
