Honda Oddessy

Yesterday I borrowed a Honda Oddessy to try out. I really like it and I think I am going to try to buy it. It is far from the Honda CRV that I was going to get, but right now as used cars go, and the money I have, it would make more sense (and cents) to buy something that I can pay off right away. I would only have to have about $4000 for a loan. I could pay the van off in a year if I worked very hard at saving.

Well, I have to have a car because I am moving to Arkansas, and there will be no one there to pick up the pieces if I should have a break down with the volvo. I can't take that kind of chance with the kids.

We will be driving back and forth to Little Rock from where we will be staying, each week, and that is a 40 minute drive one way, so I can't take chances.

License application finished...

Well, I didn't have to drive to Hot Springs afterall (thankfully!). I called them on Friday morning to get directions and they said please don't drive. Just pop it in the mail. So I did just that on Saturday after I got my TB results (neg).

Now, I really hope they don't make me wait until September to get my license. I need to work yesterday! If all goes well, I should have my license around or before the end of June. If I get it earlier, I think I will have a happy party!
