Well, I did it!
It took every strength I had, doing it with three small kids, but I officially have my diploma!
So much time has passed since then. I just didn't have time to write. Now, however, since I am not so busy anymore, I can sit and watch the clock tick, tick by.
Just for fun I looked at the cruise ship jobs for massage therapist. Wow I wish I had been a massage therapist YEARS ago before I had my children. For a 4 - 6 month contract, I could make $3800 a month, and they pay for food, give you a room, give you internet access, and all the perks that the ship bound employees have, much less all the visits to other countries.
Well, that is certainly not my life! I have three beautiful children, and I intend to be with them, even as exciting as those ship jobs sound!
Speaking of my beautiful children, Ravi is STILL on honor roll at school. I am so darn proud of him. He has had his own struggles, and now things are going so well for him.
Lakshmi is doing well, as usual, and Priya is struggling with her behaviour, and her attachment. She has been raging every since we left my sisters house in December. It's going to be better, but GOSH I need a nice warm massage to get rid of all the tension in my back.
In December, I had the kids photo's taken. Ravi had just had his done at school, and they turned out very nice, so I just had a couple of shots done for him, but the girls had countless photos taken of them. They turned out breathtaking, and when I have a chance, will upload some here.
The Tsunami that hit South Asia has left thousands of people homeless, especially the children.
If these children don't find their families or extended families after some time, I hope for their sake they are allowed to be referred for adoption.
