Update...

My ex-husband and I were in court today for a hearing about the order of protection. Even though he broke my arm, and I had proof from the hospital papers, the judge felt there wasn't enough evidence to give me a one year order of protection. He did however warn C about his behaviour with me, and told him to watch out and don't pull that crap anymore. Let's just see if Chandra listens to the judge. He has a hard time listening to anyone. He lied about everything, including saying he didn't hit me, and then he told the judge my parents are so affraid of me, that they only talk to me and relate to me so they can see my children.

I was informing my parents about this tonight, and they both said, "if he said that to the judge, he is saying it to the children no doubt". He has spent the last three plus years feeding that poison to my children. Sadly it is hurting Ravi and making Lakshmi so sad.

This is not done, because he won't really leave me alone like the judge told him to do. He believes he has the right to treat me this way. I hope however that I have sent a strong message to him. I will continue to take this to court, if he continues to harrass me and put me in danger.
