WATER by Deepa Mehta transcends any other movie I have ever seen, including the beautiful and haunting Color Purple.
After watching a trailor for the movie, I visited Blockbusters and rented a copy. I watched the movie and for the life of me, I can't think of what to say, except...see it yourself.
See the trailer, and then decide if you want to see it. All I can say is wow, breath taking, haunting, hopeful.
Still crying from having just watched this film.
