What a beautiful lotus flower. Apparently, the lotus flower is Goddess Lakshmi's "transportation". Just like the rat is Ganesha's transportation, Goddess Lakshmi moves about on a beautiful lotus flower. Of course, she is Lakshmi's namesake. And Priya's middle name "Sarojini" means "coming from the lotus".
I just had to post this photo. It is so mesmerizing and easy to meditate through.
