Mediation went very well!
It took nearly 9 1/2 hours to make all the decisions, but we did it. The divorce will get it's stamp on next Wednesday.
Chandra was in tears, and it was very sad, but I think he will be okay eventually. He will have time with the kids every other weekend, and some in the summer. If it goes well, no problem. If he treats the kid badly, we will be back in court to have his rights terminated.
And Priya will stay with me.
I don't get as much of the money from the house as I should have gotten, but that is over too. I signed the deed of trust today for his loan, but not the loan. I will do a quick claim deed next week, and tada, that will be it!
The kids and I will move on November 5th, and that will be a large adjustment period, but i think it will be okay.
